Sign Permit Application

This permit grants the installation of signs based on zoning.

A copy of Ordinance 6.040 is attached below for further information.

There is a $100 fee to obtain this permit. Online payment of permits is not accepted at this time.

You may mail / drop payment in advance, or pay by phone: 503.738.5501.

A diagram of the proposed sign is also required to obtain this permit.

Need this permit? Online options for your convenience:

1) Type/print out the application in advance and drop it with payment & diagram in the City Hall drop box during business hours, or mail all to PO Box 2510, Gearhart, OR 97138;

2) Fill out the entry fields below and we will email you the permit application directly for electronic signature. You will need to phone-in payment and email your diagram.

PERMIT INVALID UNTIL SIGNED / DIAGRAM REVIEWED BY CITY ADMINISTRATOR AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED
