Owner’s Representative Services

The City of Gearhart (City) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced consultants for the purpose of providing the services of an Owner’s Representative to the City for predevelopment, design and construction management and closeout of a City Public Safety Building. The City’s objective is to enter into a Personal Services Agreement with a qualified consultant that will provide these comprehensive services.
